Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

At “Paper Leaf Enterprises” we strive to provide high-quality POS and Barcode Solutions. Our refund and cancellation policy as follows:

Cancellations

  • Hardware Orders: You may cancel your order for physical products (Printer’s Scanner etc.) within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. 
  • Software Subscription: Cancellation for billing software licenses policy are based on respective original software/Company Developer. You can read their cancellation policies of all software which are available in market like “Vyapar”, Marg ERP, Tally ERP, Zoho, and any other software on their respective website’s.

Returns & Refund

  • Physical Goods: Returns are only accepted for products that arrived damaged or defective. You must report any defects within 48 hours of delivery with proper supporting Photos/Videos* (Non edited).
  • Conditions for Returns: Item must be returned in their original packaging with proper all accessories , manuals, and printers (If applicable ) unused .
  • Process: Once your return is received and inspect by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refund will be processed via original payment method within 7-10 business working days.
