Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your POS and Barcode Hardware efficiently across India.

Processing Times

•  All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.
• If we are experiencing  a high volume of orders (e.g., during promotional sales), shipping may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

• Local Delivery (Deoria/Nearby): Estimated 1-2 Business days.
• Domestic (Across India): Estimated 5-7 business days depending on the location.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provide in your proforma invoice.

Shipping Confirmation or Order Tracking

• You will receive Shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order contain tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages 

• “Paper Leaf Enterprises” is not liable for products damage or lost during shipping if the damage is caused by carrier. However we will assist you in filling claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials damaged good before filling a claim.

International Shipping 

• We currently only Ship within India. For “International inquiries” regarding software solution, please “Contact us” directly.
