Our Terms & Conditions

Welcome to “Paper Leaf Enterprises”. By accessing our website and purchasing our our POS, POS Products like, Barcode, Barcode Printer’s, Barcode Scanner’s, Billing Solutions, and any other accessories you agree to comply with following terms:

  • Services Provided: “Paper Leaf Enterprises” provides Retail Hardware (Barcode Printer, Scanner, Thermal Receipt Printer, Thermal Ribbons and any other accessories) and Software licensing for billing and POS  Systems .
  • User Eligibility: You represent that your are business entity or an individual acting on behalf of a business (MSME) with legal authority to enter into agreements
  • Payments and Billing: All prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST) as per ‘Indian Tax Laws’. For Software subscription or Hardware orders, payment must be clear before dispatch or activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Hardware Warranty: Warranty on any hardware products (e.g. TVS-E, DCODE, TSC, ZEBRA, ETHICS, and any other hardware Brand’s) is governed by respective Manufacturer’s policy. “Paper Leaf Enterprises” acts as a Reseller and Service Provider and facilitator for these claims 
  • Third-Party Software disclaimer: “Paper Leaf Enterprises” acts solely as an “authorized reseller” of third-party billing and POS software. We do not own, develop, or control the underlying source code of these applications. 
  • Service Interruptions: We shall not be held liable for any software glitches, server downtimes, data breaches, or loss of business data arising from the use of third-party software. Any technical issues related to the software’s core functionality are the sole responsibility of the original software developer/manufacturer.
  • Limited Liability: Our maximum liability to the client for any service-related claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to “Paper Leaf Enterprises” for the specific service or license in question.
  • Governing Laws: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.
